Studio Policies

Everything you need to know

Our goal is to give every guest a relaxing, luxury experience while respecting the time of our clients and our artists.

Booking & Deposits

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.
  • Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit.
  • Deposits can be transferred one time when rescheduling with proper notice.
  • By booking an appointment, you agree to all studio policies.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or appointment changes.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
  • Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
  • After three late cancellations and/or no-shows, prepayment of future appointments may be required.

Late Arrival

  • Please allow extra time for traffic and parking.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a late fee: $30 with an Advanced Artist, $35 with a Top Artist.
  • If there is not enough time remaining to safely complete your service, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or treated as a same-day cancellation.

Lash Refill Policy

  • Refills are for existing clients only. If you are new to the studio and already have extensions on, your appointment is a foreign fill, not a refill.
  • To qualify for a standard refill, at least 40–50% of your lash extensions must remain.
  • Refills must be booked within the artist's recommended timeframe.
  • Appointments that do not meet refill requirements may be charged as an extended refill or a full set.

Foreign Fills

  • A foreign fill is a refill performed over work completed by another artist or salon.
  • If you are new to the studio and arrive with extensions on, please book a foreign fill rather than a refill.
  • Foreign fills require additional time to assess, blend, and correct existing work. Pricing may differ from regular refill pricing and will be determined during consultation.

Lash Guarantee

  • We stand behind the quality of our work.
  • If you experience unusual shedding due to application issues, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment.
  • Complimentary adjustments are available only within this guarantee period, and photos may be required for evaluation.
  • The guarantee does not apply to poor aftercare, illness, medications, excessive rubbing, swimming, steam exposure, oily products, or natural lash shedding.

Mini Touch-Ups

  • Mini touch-ups are available within 7 days of the original appointment and are intended for minor maintenance only.

Guests & Children

  • To maintain a peaceful environment and ensure everyone's safety, no additional guests are permitted during appointments.
  • Children may not accompany clients unless they are receiving a service.
  • We appreciate your understanding.

Phone & Studio Etiquette

  • Please silence your phone during your appointment.
  • Phone calls are not permitted during services.
  • Headphones are welcome for music, podcasts, or videos.

Health & Safety

  • For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive with a contagious illness.
  • We may also refuse service if you have a condition that may make the service unsafe, or if you arrive with severe eye irritation, infection, or other contraindications.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of beauty services, all services are final sale.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.
  • If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within the guarantee period so we can assist you.

Product Returns

  • Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and sanitation regulations.

Right to Refuse Service

  • Tati Lashes Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, disrespectful, threatening, or abusive behavior toward staff or other guests.
